Files used in public tools

Public tools are designed to process selected photos and documents in your browser. These files are not intentionally uploaded to our server unless a page clearly tells you before an upload.

Independent service

All CSC Work is an independent private utility website. It is not affiliated with CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, UIDAI or any government department. The public tools do not issue, authenticate or verify government identity documents.

Account and centre workspace data

Login, staff, attendance and centre-workspace features may store the details you submit so the service can work. Access is limited by the website login system.

Browser storage

We use essential browser storage for language choice, drafts, tool settings, privacy choice and login-related operation. You can clear it from your browser settings. The website does not use paid advertising cookies.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by the hosting provider only as needed to operate and secure the website, or disclosed when legally required.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS and access controls, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. Keep account passwords private. Records are kept only as long as needed for the centre’s work, security and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information associated with your centre account, subject to legal and operational requirements.
